Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to work at an accelerated pace while meeting production needs and quality level
- Ability to complete repetitive work steps while following work instructions
- Ability to maintain constant awareness of safety issues
- Strong work ethic
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Forklift experience desired
Basic Functions:
Tasks include but are not limited to team member safety, proper subassembly, kitting and sequencing parts, inventory control, picking, put-away, replenishment, shipping, continuous improvement & providing production support to meet the needs of our customer.

- Work as a member of the Production Team and be assigned different work situations as production or other needs require.
- Maintain a safe, 5S, and LEAN working environment.
- Perform duties and follow all steps defined by standard work instructions related to assembly, kitting and/or sequencing parts. This ensures the next stage in the process is set up for success.
- Escalate supplier quality issues, part shortages, and barrier to success early to protect the customer.
Scope of Authority:
Has the authority to stop production if defective or unsafe parts or condition appear. Has the authority to reject non-conforming material from the supplier. Is empowered to prevent non-conforming material from reaching the customer.
